Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged or does not fit the description of what you ordered, then you are entitled to a refund or exchange.
• Handmade Products, because personal care products are sensitive, returns are only accepted in the case of a fault or defect. We cannot confirm if the product has been used, which means it cannot be eligible for resale.
• Bathroom accessories and cosmetics in containers, if not opened, can be returned within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the details of the initial transaction within 3 days of receiving the goods and accepting the complaint. The refund process might take longer and depends on the provider of the initial transaction.
If you are not happy with your purchase or the quality of the products at any time, please let us take care of it first by writing an email to customersupport@reccouk.com. We will be able to revise your complaint. It should take no more than 5 days to respond. If a dispute occurs, Customers should contact us to find a solution. The law of England and Wales governs the contract.

You have the right to cancel your order of goods if the item(s) have not been dispatched. If you’ve made a mistake and need to cancel, please email customersupport@reccouk.com immediately. Provide your order number for cancellation to expedite the process. If we haven’t shipped the product, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, money refund processing may take 5-10 business days. We cannot cancel the delivery once the item has been dispatched.
Custom or personalised soap orders are non-cancellable once production has started.
