Product availability, pricing, and ingredients are subject to change without notice.

 

Please note that our soaps are intended for external use only. We do not claim that our products can treat or cure medical conditions. Always read the ingredient list carefully and perform a patch test before use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Recco Limited is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from using or misusing our products.

Product information

At Recco Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality, handmade soap and skincare products, crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. As each product is made in small batches by hand, please be advised of the following:

1. Variations in Appearance: Due to the artisanal nature of our manufacturing process, each soap bar, lotion, and skincare product may exhibit slight variations in appearance, including but not limited to color, texture, and design. These natural differences are inherent to handmade items and are reflective of their unique craftsmanship.

2. Weight and Size: The weight of our handmade products may vary slightly from one item to another. While we strive for consistency, the weights provided are approximate. Minor variations in size and weight are to be expected, given the handcrafted nature of the production process.

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding these natural variations, which contribute to the individuality of each product. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please feel free to contact our customer service team customerservice@reccouk.com

Shipping Information:

Recco Limited ships from Warwick, West Midlands, to domestic destinations within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing:

Orders placed by 6 PM will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed with not more than 48hours. 

Shipping Costs:

Orders with a total value of up to £19.99 will incur a shipping fee of £3.00 per small parcel.

Orders amounting to £20 or more to UK postal codes are eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Time: Standard deliveries via Royal Mail or Evri typically take 2-3 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Address Accuracy:

Recco Limited ships parcels to the address provided during the checkout process. We are unable to amend the shipping address once the order has been completed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing the payment. If you made a mistake and need to change the address please email immediately from the same email address which you provided during the checkout to customersuport@reccouk.com. If your parcel hasn't been shipped, we might amend the address for you. 

International Shipping: At this time, Recco Limited only ships to domestic addresses within the United Kingdom and does not offer international shipping.

If you have any questions regarding shipping or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Payment processing:

Online payment methods available include Chip & PIN, NFC (contactless payments), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay. We don’t accept American Express. We prioritize the security of your payment information: all payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details or sensitive payment information. 
All prices on our website are in GBP (£). Displayed prices are gross amounts.
We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and provide a resolution.

Orders cancellations:

You have the right to cancel your order of goods if the item(s) has not been dispatched. If you’ve made a mistake and need to cancel, please email customersupport@reccouk.com immediately. Provide your order number for cancellation to expedite the process. If we haven’t shipped the product yet, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Money refund processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
We are not able to cancel the delivery once the item has been dispatched. 

 

Custom or personalized soap orders are non-cancellable once production has started.
 

Return of goods:

If your order arrives damaged or does not fit the description of what you ordered, then you are entitled to a refund or exchange. 
•    Handmade Products
Because personal care products are sensitive in nature, returns are only accepted in the case of a fault or defect. We are unable to confirm if the product has been used, which means it cannot be eligible for resale.
•    Bathroom accessories and cosmetics in containers, if not opened, can be return within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the details of the initial transaction within 3 days after receiving the goods and accepting the complaint. The refund process might take longer and depends on the initial transactions’ provider. 
Anytime, if you are not happy with your purchase or quality of the products – please let us take care of it first by writing an email to customersupport@reccouk.com and we will be able to revise your complain. It should take no more than 5 days to respond. If a dispute occurs Customers should contact us to find a solution. 
The contract is governed by the law of England and Wales.
